Elizabeth Buchan has written a very well researched book – the detail, especially the information on Morse code and decryption of ciphers, is quite astonishing. However, I did find I had to concentrate quite hard on reading it as there are a lot of characters – and they all have code names too. If you enjoy thriller type novels set during the war with a big dollop of human emotion thrown in, then you will enjoy this very much.
