Lunch at the Library  returns on Wednesday 15 August. Children can pick up a free CATERed lunch at all libraries and a pop-up library in Whitleigh. (St Budeaux is now closed so the new library can built, but you can pick up a lunch at the Barn, Barne Barton.) Most libraries will have up to 50 lunches to give away.
